Booked the Hiace for a weekend trip with my family and it was perfect. Driver was on time, the van was spotless, and he knew all the best spots in Batam. Felt safe the entire time. Will definitely book again on our next trip.
Used Batam Sonang Transport for a business trip and the service was top-notch. Clean vehicle, professional driver, and very easy to communicate with. They picked me up right at the ferry terminal and everything ran like clockwork. Highly recommended for corporate travel.
Our group of 12 had an amazing day trip to Batam thanks to Batam Sonang Transport. The mini bus was spacious and comfortable, and the driver was friendly and patient with us. Booking through WhatsApp was super quick and stress-free. Great value for money!
I've used many car rental services in Batam over the years, but Batam Sonang Transport stands out. Reliable, honest pricing, and the driver went out of his way to show us the best seafood spots. Felt more like a local friend than just a driver.
Excellent service from start to finish. We booked the Innova Zenix VIP for a family holiday and couldn't be happier. The car was brand new, the driver was punctual and spoke good English, and the whole experience was smooth. Five stars!
Took the big bus for a company outing with 40 colleagues. Everything was well organized — the bus arrived early, the driver was professional, and the price was very reasonable. Communication was clear from day one. Will use them again for our next event.
